Free resources

While the library is closed to the public we still have much to offer to our patrons. Some of the resources listed below are always free to use, some are temporarily free,and some require a Willimantic Public Library (WPL) card to access. If you have any questions or problems accessing these resources, please email us at willimanticpubliclibrary@biblio.org. We hope you will find the information below useful. Getting a library card and renewing material

If you are a Windham/Willimantic resident and do not have a library card but would like to access our online resources, please fill out a Library Card Registration Form (also available in Spanish). We will issue you a temporary card good until July 1. If you'd like to continue using that card after the library reopens, you will be able to pick up your card with your photo ID and proof of address.
We do not charge overdue fines. Most items checked out recently at our library have had their due date changed to July 1. If the due dates on your items were not changed and you'd like to renew them, please email us at willimanticpubliclibrary@biblio.org.
